West Coast Cape Cod

This house replaced a existing long time family home. It is a place to gather family, eat bounty from the sea, and entertain friends and neighbors.  The cape code style is  both  bright and airy, with fireplaces inside and out and a large expanse of covered porch, with lots of places to escape the Sea breeze.  The  reclaimed floors( Oak bay High) are a signature element, they were hard to install , hard to finish and  as with most things that take serious effort, they turned out amazing.  Another feature of this particular build is the symmetry, everything is balanced from windows, to trim , to posts, to ceiling beams, cabinets , and lighting.  With not a  single detail in either design or function not given ample consideration, this home will long serve it's family well!
